Where does the WATER come from? 🤔

Sounds simple … until Paragraph 7, Section I of the Texas 1-4 Contract asks you to actually identify it.
.
✔️ If you’re checking Box 3, don’t just check the box and keep it moving. You need to name the water source.
.
City water 💧 Put the city.
.
MUD, PID, SUD or another water district 💧 Identify the district.
.
🔹Listing agents … make sure your sellers complete the water source areas on the Seller’s Disclosure.
.
🔹Buyer’s agents … verify it in the MLS, Seller’s Disclosure & CAD when applicable.
